At Icing on the Cupcake, our concept is simple: Bake it fresh, serve it fresh and with lots of smiles. We bake from scratch, using old-school family recipes, with simple ingredients. We have a fun, friendly, fast paced work environment.
Our team members must be extremely knowledgeable about our extensive list of products and services. Must be friendly, outgoing and enthusiastic, and willing to be part of a fun team of hard-working cupcake lovers! Crew members will work shifts ranging from 4-6 hours between 9:00am and 7:30pm. Crew members are expected to show up ready to work in a presentable and hygienic manner and always in uniform. Our company is known for providing excellent customer service, and our team members must be able to consistently provide only the best service for our guests.
Icing on the Cupcake is a boutique cupcakery serving high quality products and great customer service. Icing on the Cupcake is a rapidly growing company that promotes a fun and friendly work environment that is very fast paced!
Our crewmembers typically work a shift anywhere between 9am and 8pm, Monday through Sunday. We are looking for someone who has an open schedule. Service positions involve guest orders and outstanding customer service.
