JOB DESCRIPTION: AM Kitchen Crew
At Icing on the Cupcake, our concept is simple: Bake it fresh, serve it fresh, and smile lots. We bake from scratch, using old-school family recipes. We bake ’em like mom used to, using simple quality ingredients. We have a fun and friendly work environment that is very fast paced!
Our Am Bakery Crew typically work a shift anywhere between 4am and 1pm, Monday through Sunday. Am Bakery Crew must have the ability to frost like the images and have a commitment to consistency. Bakery Crew must:
- be self-motivated
- be able to handle large volume
- take pride in their work
- be able to handle fast-paced production
- be able to work standing for 6 hrs.
- be able to work kitchen prep as needed
- be able to lift 30 lbs.
We are looking for someone with a strong commitment to food quality. Previous experience is required.
